Celebrate Halloween early with Miami Waterkeeper’s Spooky Clean-Up Event on October 26, 2024, from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM at Historic Virginia Key Beach Park. This unique event combines community service with Halloween fun, offering a chance to clean up the shoreline while enjoying festive activities.
Event Highlights:
Clean-Up Effort: Help remove debris from the shoreline, with all necessary supplies provided.
Pumpkin Carving & Spooky Activities: Take a break from cleaning to participate in pumpkin carving and enjoy Halloween-themed fun.
Costume Contest: Wear your best Halloween costume for a chance to win prizes. Judging will occur after the clean-up.
FRUGA Beverage Tasting: Refresh yourself with complimentary FRUGA drinks from 11:30 AM - 12:30 PM.
Marine Debris Weigh-In: Weigh the collected debris and share in the impact made together.
