Rental Plan Support

If you’re currently enrolled in our Monthly Rental Plan, here’s what your plan includes:


• Full coverage of parts, labor, and service calls
• Annual filter and UV bulb replacement at no added cost
• System performance checks and water testing
• Responsive customer support for any troubleshooting needs
• No-cost unit replacement in the event of non-repairable failure

 

You do not need to worry about maintenance—we handle it all so you can focus on enjoying clean, great-tasting water. Need service? Contact us using the info below and include your rental account details.

Purchased Units

If you purchased your unit outright, you’re covered under our Limited Lifetime Warranty. For maximum protection and upkeep, we also offer an optional Annual Service Plan at $180/year, which includes:


• Filter and UV bulb replacement
• System performance inspection
• Water quality testing
